We are pleased to announce that one of our clients, a refugee from Uzbekistan, was finally approved for citizenship after his prior application was denied. When he applied again his second naturalization application was delayed for nearly two years. Attorney Nimer filed a lawsuit for the delay and was able to finally get the client his interview.
